Qualification-

Engineering degree with first class in Electronics & Communication (8 vacancies)

Engineering degree with first class in Mechanical Engineering (2 vacancies)

Engineering degree with first class in M Sc. in Material Science/ Physics/ Chemistry (4 vacancies)

How to apply-Selection will be based on GATE-2014 marks. For information about GATE-2014, candidates may log on to: Websites of (IISc, Bangalore) or (IITs of Bombay, Delhi, Guwahati, Kanpur, Kharagpur, Madras and Roorkee).
Candidate has to apply online for GATE-2014. GATE-2014 registration number which will be mentioned in the admit card. Candidates need to apply for the post from 1/01/2014 to 20/1/2014 with the GATE-2014 Registration Number.
